Hi, I'm Mina!
My journey to becoming a fitness trainer started with a personal struggle. At 22, I suffered a snowboarding accident that left me with three herniated discs. For years, I battled pain and weakness. It was bodybuilding that helped me heal physically and transformed my mindset.
Competing in local and national bikini shows showed me the power of determination and resilience. I became a certified personal trainer to share this transformative experience with women everywhere. My mission is to motivate and empower you to believe in yourself and achieve your fitness goals.
